A guy in my pool swapped Savard and Jovo (both on IR) in his lineup leaving an 'empty' space in 1 of his D pos. Pool is set for 1 bench. Now he has 2 bench players instead of the required 1 because he would rather keep his bench goalie instead of drop him in order to fill the vacant D roster spot. Can he roll with only 3 instead of 4 D in favour of another bench player of a different pos. (In this case a G)? Roster is set at 8F, 4D, 2G, 1B, 1IR. He now has 8F, 3D, 2G, 2B (1F & 1G), 1IR and 1 empty D spot. How is this possible?
