I am creating a great new dynasty league.
The requirements are that you have YIM and am on it daily as this is how the league will communiacte, trade and how the draft will take place. It will be an offline draft and you will send your picks in via email or YIM, the draft order will be randomized and there will be a week or so for you to figure out who to pick as well as deal picks.
